WellLink is excited to announce we have been recognized with five Top Workplace Awards at both the national and regional levels. These honors reflect the dedication, talent and spirit of the individuals who make WellLink what it is, and to our ongoing efforts to create an environment where they feel valued, engaged, and inspired to drive meaningful change in our communities.

National Recognition:

Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare

For the third time since 2021, WellLink has been selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the Best Place to Work in Healthcare. The award program was created to acknowledge outstanding healthcare industry employers that continuously strive to improve their work environment and increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention through innovative changes in the workplace.

Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces

For the first time, WellLink (listed as HealthComp) has been named to Inc.’s annual list of Best Workplaces. This award is given to companies that continually invest in their workplace cultures, offering best-in-class benefits that make employees actually want to work. WellLink has been awarded the Great Place to Work certification for the third time since 2022 from Great Place to Work, a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define the characteristics of what makes a great workplace. The Great Place to Work Certification is one of the most definitive "employer-of-choice" recognitions that companies aspire to achieve.

Crain’s Cleveland Business Best Employers in Ohio

For the sixth consecutive year, Crain’s Cleveland Business has named The Center as one of the Best Employers in Ohio. The annual list, created by Crain's Cleveland Business and Best Companies Group, is a statewide survey and awards program designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Ohio, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce, and businesses.

The Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces in Cleveland

WellLink has been named to the 2014, 2015, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 lists of Top Workplaces in Cleveland. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey which contained questions regarding values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth potential, appreciation, work-life balance, and retention.
